He graduated in Law in 2005 from the University of Bari, focusing on civil and procedural law. He then completed a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in European and Transnational Law at the University of Trento, specializing in private and commercial law, international law, and judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution, including arbitration and conciliation.
During his specialization, he strengthened his knowledge of legal English and legal informatics, with a particular focus on IT law. He also trained at an international law firm, where he refined written and oral negotiation skills in English and deepened his knowledge of contract law through a comparative approach. In 2008, he was admitted to the Bar.
He further expanded his expertise with advanced post-graduate courses in legal logic and methodology, extending his practice to civil, criminal, administrative, EU, and international law. His professional activity mainly focuses on civil liability, obligations, contract law, and condominium law.
